As a morning smile, whether enjoyed in the dining room, on the terrace, or in your room, breakfast at Le Petit Palais is delightful precisely because it's anything but small. A classic, the generous buffet offers a full range of cured meats, aged cheeses, and seasonal fresh produce. Inspired by the recommendations of our trusted greengrocer, attention is paid to respecting the seasons... and local sourcing.

A tip for connoisseurs? Along with the organic scrambled eggs, the local tomatoes are a true treasure of flavor—especially between August and September.

To truly appreciate homemade muesli, apricots are an absolute must at the end of June. When it comes to cheese, tasting the Galet Niçois is a delight for connoisseurs at the end of spring. Of course, our jam bar is open year-round, featuring the citrus fruits of the region… And every day, you'll find breads and pastries with an irresistibly tempting crust, not to mention options that cater to gluten-free and lactose-free diets.

At the edge of the aptly named bay, enjoying the Angels' Share seems essential.

Outside under the reed screens, of course the pastis de Nice makes the expected rhymes... and makes the aperitif hours voluble. Perhaps lesser known, but just as local, the Bellet wines come from the three hills to the west of the city and come in three aromatic colors.

In the palette of tastes, the Menton lemon is also in the spotlight in soft lemonade, limoncello and artisanal white beer versions from Maison Gannac. Inevitably, these mouth-watering local flavours also know how to pair with platters of local charcuterie and tapenade in authentic Nissard specialities.

Local flavours, but also bottles and spirits from elsewhere have a sense of the impromptu for a very relaxed conviviality.
